Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. Once a file, template, or digital asset has been transferred or accessed, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.
Prebuilt Shopify Stores — 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our stores. If you purchase a prebuilt Shopify store and are not satisfied with what you received, you have 7 days from the date of transfer to request a refund.
To be eligible, the store must not have been used to process any real orders, and the domain and Shopify transfer must be returned to us. Refund requests after 7 days will not be accepted. This policy applies exclusively to prebuilt store purchases and not to any other digital products.
All Other Digital Products
All other digital products including files, templates, and digital assets are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Eligible Situations for Review
While refunds outside the above policy are not offered, we will review cases involving duplicate purchases or accidental double charges, failure to receive your Shopify transfer invitation due to a typo in your email, and technical issues preventing access to the product. These situations are reviewed case-by-case and do not include dissatisfaction, change of mind, or misunderstanding of the product description.
