What will I receive after ordering?
You'll receive a Shopify transfer link, domain transfer details via Namecheap, your supplier account credentials, and a simple step-by-step guide to get live. Everything is sent to your checkout email within 48 hours of your order.
Do I fully own the store after the transfer?
Yes. Complete ownership — theme, products, branding, domain, and all assets. We retain no access or rights after handover.
Which email will the Shopify transfer invitation be sent to?
It will be sent to the email address you enter during checkout.
Do I need a Shopify plan to activate the store?
Yes, you need to choose a Shopify plan to activate the store and go live.
Do I need a Namecheap account?
Yes. Your domain will be transferred via Namecheap. If you don't have an account yet, creating one is free and takes two minutes. We'll help you through it if needed.

Absolutely — the store is fully expandable. Add new products, apps, or collections as your brand grows.
Is the domain included for free?
Yes, the domain is included for the first year at no additional cost. After the first year, renewal is about €12 per year.
Will I receive supplier links and sourcing details?
Yes. All supplier links and product sourcing details are included and will be sent via email.
Are all assets included inside the Shopify dashboard?
Yes. All imagery, files, product photos, and design assets are stored inside Shopify, ready to use — no external downloads needed.
Is the store optimized for mobile and conversions?
Yes. Every store is hand-built with proven layouts, mobile-first design, fast loading times, and conversion-tested product pages.

Is there a refund policy for the online brand?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with the store you received, contact us within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. No questions asked.
Is there a refund policy for digital assets (e.g. Canva templates)?
Digital assets such as ad templates are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
What if something doesn't work as expected?

Do I need inventory or upfront stock?
No. Both business models operate without holding inventory.
Are the products shipped automatically?
Yes. Orders are synced and processed automatically through your supplier.
