Shopify Stores
How does the store transfer work?
Once you purchase the store, you’ll receive an invite to access the Shopify admin panel via your email. I will also transfer the connected domain (via Namecheap), the supplier account, and the associated Gmail login used to set up these accounts.
How long does it take to receive everything?
Store transfers are completed within 24 hours after purchase. You’ll be notified via email once everything is handed over.
What do I need to do after purchase?
You’ll need to update the store's payment methods, change all passwords, and optionally place a test order. For some supplement stores, you’ll also receive a Canva template to personalize your product labels with your name/address.
Will I receive the supplier and email account details?
Yes — you’ll receive access to the supplier account (e.g., Suppliful), the linked Gmail address, and full ownership of the domain and store.
Can I change the products later?
Absolutely. You can add, remove, or edit products at any time from the Shopify dashboard.
Domains & Access
Is the domain included for free?
Yes — each store includes a free domain (e.g., kernstoff.com) for 1 year, registered via Namecheap.
How do I access the store after buying?
You’ll receive an email invite from Shopify. After accepting, you’ll become the full admin owner.
Do I need a Shopify plan to activate the store?
Yes — you’ll need to choose a Shopify plan (starting at $29/month) to unlock the store after the transfer.
Can I see the store before buying?
Yes — a live preview link and password are always provided.
Payment & Security
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards and supported payment processors are accepted via the checkout provider.
Is there a refund policy?
Due to the digital nature and immediate transfer of ownership, sales are final. If there’s a technical issue or mistake, I’ll work with you to resolve it.
What if I’m not satisfied after buying?
Feel free to reach out. If there’s something missing or unclear, I’ll do my best to fix it. Most issues can be resolved quickly.

Do I get help after the purchase?
Yes — basic support is included to ensure everything runs smoothly. For anything extra, you can inquire about custom services.
